Assisted Living Facility (30 Hours) 

Ms. Williams enrolled in Law School after her brother's painful trial and incarceration. He is the Only Son of 5 children. Previously she had over 20 years healthcare experience beginning in the Army and is still a Registered Nurse. She earned academic recognition in Trial Practice and other areas of Law, and was chosen by her graduating class as Commencement Speaker. After two standing ovations for her speech, "Lead Through Service," Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi stood before the entire assembly and offered her a job. Her attorney peers have retained her as Co-Counsel and Expert Witness, elected her to National Bar Association Chairperson (Administrative Law), and hosted her as KeyNote Speaker. The Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office recognized her for representing its clients in its private-attorney volunteer program, of which she's never lost a case. Ms. Williams' interviews and client representation have been seen on/in ABC, NBC, FOX, CBS, USA Today, The Grio, WOAK1380AM Atlanta, and in a multitude of additional journal publications. Rawsi comes from a family of retired and prior-service Veterans. While on active duty stationed in FT Sill, OK, the Army awarded her a Nursing scholarship to pursue her B.S.N. at Tuskegee University. She became Tuskegee Army ROTC's first female Ranger, and later first female Sergeant Major. She is still a Registered Nurse, and holds many health care credentials including approved Nurse CEU provider by the FL, D.C., New Mexico, and West Virginia Boards of Nursing, CPR Instructor, prior College Adjunct professor, Alzheimer's instructor, Risk Manager, and is Florida's only attorney who is also a Certified ALF Administrator, state-approved Assisted Living Facility Core Trainer, and Adult Family Care Home Core Trainer. She is also the exclusive author of the Certified Long-Term Care Legal Nurse Consultant (CLCLNC) credential. She continues to provide state-and Board-approved training in our online Caduceus Gavel center, as well as consulting and chart reviews for attorneys and health care organizations.
